Due to customized products our SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY is unique. Please read our policies for the product you're interested in below. We're always here to help so if there's something you are unsure about please do not hesitate to contact us.
Note there may be customs delays when shipping to Canada, Europe or any Country outside the USA. Note we do not collect VAT tax when shipping to your Country.
Custom Color Feeding Towers (Any Color Other Than Black): Ship within 10 to 15 business days from order date. This extra processing time can vary and depends on the schedule of our powder coater.
Triple Feeding Towers and Slow Feed Towers: Ship within 10 to 15 business days from order date. This extra processing time can vary and depends on our fabricator as these feeders are built as they're ordered.
Feeder Modification Kits: Ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Reflective 3M Collars: Ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Alpenhitze Coats: Require at least two weeks time from order date to ship date, (off season March-August). During our winter coat season (September-February), coats may take up to six weeks from order date to ship date. Coats are built in the order received so it's always best bet to get your order in early season to minimize wait.
Custom Color Feeding Towers (Any Color Other Than Black): The same policy as standard black feeders (above) however, the $25.00 dollar refund reduction is automatic as we must recoat the feeder in black to restock it.
Triple Feeding Towers and Slow Feed Towers: These are highly customized feeders and we can't offer a refund. However, we can list the feeder on consignment and work to find it a new home. Note that refund amount is unknown and will be determined when available. The same 72-hrs of receipt contact policy is applicable.

Reflective 3M Collars: Collars are custom sewn per order so we're at a loss if we refund. Contact us if you have a problem with your collar and we'll work with you to resolve any fit issue.
Alpenhitze Coats: Alpenhitze coats are 100% custom sewn to order and non returnable or refundable when measured incorrectly. You are always welcomed to ship the coat back for alterations with correct measurements at your cost and pay for alterations if you measured in error.

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. You may choose FedEx next day or USPS Parcel Post, it's up to you. RETURNS POLICY
Raised Feeding Towers (Black Powder Coat Only): If for some reason you're not happy with your feeder you must call or email within 72-hrs of receipt. We will try at this time to resolve your concerns or you may request a refund and return the feeder in its original packaging without the bowls. You are responsible for shipping fees to return the feeder to us. We will refund the product cost minus shipping and our cost for the bowls as shipping is a loss and bowls cannot be restocked for sale. We reserve the right to reduce you refund by $25.00 to cover powder coat repair if the feeder comes back damaged.
